Surveillance: Further Harm to Injured Workers

As many of you may know, Pinnacol Assurance, a quasi-state entity that provides workers' compensation insurance to 57 percent of Colorado businesses and roughly 1.5 million workers in the state, reported a surplus of over $600 million last year.
